Chicken Sipping Stock

24 oz (680g) / 3 servings

Our Sipping Stock is inspired by the principles outlined in the GAPS protocol, a framework our founder came to through her experience as a Mother and her work as a Postpartum Doula. Gently simmered for a shorter time, this method extracts collagen, minerals, and amino acids while limiting the degree of breakdown that occurs with extended cooking. The result is a lighter, more easily digestible broth that may be better tolerated during times of digestive sensitivity or rest and recovery.

Our sourcing:
- Chicken bones and feet from Fogline Farm
- Fresh produce & herbs from All Good Things
- Nana Mae Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- California Jujubes from MotherBees
- Salt from Big Sur Salt

Packaged chilled in BPA-free pouches and sold frozen to preserve freshness and flavor.

Simply thaw, heat, and enjoy. Delicious to sip on its own or use as the foundation for meals. Enjoy up to 5 days once opened. Keep frozen up to 12months.

  • Our Sipping Stock is inspired from by the principles outlined in the Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) protocol and shaped by our founder’s work as a mother and Postpartum Doula.

Sipping Stock is gently simmered for a shorter time using meaty bones and whole cuts. This method extracts collagen, minerals, and amino acids while limiting the extended protein breakdown that occurs during long cooking times. Shorter simmering also reduces histamine accumulation, which some individuals may be sensitive to. For this reason, meat stock is a beautiful resource to use when digestion is tender or the body is in a restorative phase.

Our Bone Broth uses the same meaty bones and whole cuts but is simmered for many hours to fully extract collagen and gelatin from bones and connective tissue. This produces a deeply mineral-rich broth that is robust in flavor and depth.

Both provide rich nourishment and delicious flavor, allowing you to choose what best support your body in whatever season you are in.

  • We prioritize ingredients that are grown as close to home as possible, within our region and neighboring communities, to shorten the distance between land and kitchen, reduces transportation time, and keeps our food connected to the land it was raised on.

Our bones come from pasture-raised animals raised by farmers committed to ethical and regenerative practices. Vegetables and herbs are sourced seasonally and locally when available, honoring both freshness and the natural growing cycles of our region.

    Sourcing close to home means:

    • Stronger relationships with the people who raise our food
    • Greater transparency in animal care and land stewardship
    • Reduced environmental impact from long-distance transport
    • Ingredients that are fresher and more aligned with seasonal rhythms

When an ingredient cannot be sourced locally, we choose the highest-quality option available, prioritizing organic and responsibly produced sources.
